Currently, all tutoring sessions are conducted by Karina Demirkilic, the founder of Rapid Fire. Karina began her career as a web designer and expanded her expertise to include Webflow development. Her successful freelance career evolved into managing a web studio. Passionate about Webflow, Karina now focuses primarily on business development and tutoring, sharing her extensive knowledge and experience to help clients achieve their goals efficiently.

Nothing is impossible. Webflow is such a versatile platform that we can develop almost anything. Among our previous projects are corporate websites, websites for small and medium businesses, blogs, e-commerce sites, and marketing websites for apps.

Following your website launch, we provide a training session to help you and your team confidently manage content and basic site updates on your own. Ongoing website maintenance services are not included as part of the pro bono project. If you need additional changes or ongoing support after launch, you can either maintain the website yourself, hire us at a discounted maintenance rate, or engage another agency or freelancer for further assistance.

We offer ongoing maintenance service and SEO services post-migration to make sure your site stays healthy, secure, and visible. You will always have someone to call on.

The right maintenance plan depends on how often you need updates, how critical your website is to daily operations, and the size of your team.

• Choose Pay-As-You-Go if you need occasional updates and prefer flexibility without a monthly commitment.

We collaborate with several agencies in both Canada and the US, primarily on a project-based arrangement. The typical workflow unfolds as follows:

• In certain instances, agencies involve us during the design phase. Our primary focus during this stage is to liaise with the designer to assess the feasibility of elements and offer insights on SEO optimization, among other things.
• In other scenarios, agencies provide us with ready-to-develop Figma designs. Subsequently, we engage in discussions surrounding functionality, potential challenges, and the required time frame to successfully complete the project.
• Moving forward, we proceed to develop the website using Webflow, maintaining close communication with the project manager throughout. This ensures a smooth integration of assets, complex CMS connections, and third-party integrations if deemed necessary.
• Subsequent to development, the project manager and representative from Rapid Fire Web Studio team conduct a comprehensive quality assurance check to prepare the project for the client's review.
• Following this, we implement any revisions based on the client's feedback. During this stage, communication can be channeled directly with the client or routed through the project manager.
• If needed, we conduct live online sessions with the website owner and their marketing team to provide guidance on managing their website. We are also capable of creating website-specific tutorials for their reference.
• Additionally, we offer maintenance services and manage subsequent updates for the website, as required.
