We collaborate with several agencies in both Canada and the US, primarily on a project-based arrangement. The typical workflow unfolds as follows:
- In certain instances, agencies involve us during the design phase. Our primary focus during this stage is to liaise with the designer to assess the feasibility of elements and offer insights on SEO optimization, among other things.
- In other scenarios, agencies provide us with ready-to-develop Figma designs. Subsequently, we engage in discussions surrounding functionality, potential challenges, and the required time frame to successfully complete the project.
- Moving forward, we proceed to develop the website using Webflow, maintaining close communication with the project manager throughout. This ensures a smooth integration of assets, complex CMS connections, and third-party integrations if deemed necessary.
- Subsequent to development, the project manager and representative from Rapid Fire Web Studio team conduct a comprehensive quality assurance check to prepare the project for the client's review.
- Following this, we implement any revisions based on the client's feedback. During this stage, communication can be channeled directly with the client or routed through the project manager.
- If needed, we conduct live online sessions with the website owner and their marketing team to provide guidance on managing their website. We are also capable of creating website-specific tutorials for their reference.
- Additionally, we offer maintenance services and manage subsequent updates for the website, as required.
