About Us

Rapid Fire Web Studio was founded in 2020 by Karina Demirkilic, who leads strategy and client relationships. We build websites, maintain them and help them grow. We stay after launch: nearly half of our work is ongoing maintenance.

We describe how we work as "Low-Ego, High-Output." Our values are Quality First, Radical Honesty and Reliability.

The studio is named after a 90s martial arts classic, a nod to our founder's background in discipline and precision.

Platforms

Webflow is our main platform. We also build on other platforms, such as Squarespace and Wix, when they fit the project better.

Maintenance and the free technical SEO audit are for Webflow sites only.

Services and Pricing

All prices are in US dollars.

Web Design and Development

  • Template-based website: from $2,000
  • Custom design and build: from $3,000
  • Payment: 30% deposit, then milestone payments
  • Timeline: template-based sites take 2 to 4 weeks; custom sites take 2 to 4 months
  • Included: responsive build, CMS setup, on-page SEO, quality testing, and training videos or guides.

Every project is quoted after a consultation, based on scope.

Migration to Webflow

  • Price: from $2,000, paid by milestone. Complex sites are quoted individually.
  • Timeline: up to 2 months
  • Moves from: WordPress, Wix and most major platforms
  • Included: we keep your metadata and URL structure and set up redirects. Most sites see 15 minutes of downtime or less.
  • Discount: available when you stay on a maintenance plan after the move

Webflow Maintenance

  • Pay As You Go: $60 per hour, no minimum
  • Monthly Retainer: $54 per hour, $120 monthly minimum. Includes a priority queue, a UX audit, an annual technical SEO audit and a year-end review.
  • Prepaid hours: 10 hours for $500, or 20 hours for $900. Prepaid hours expire and don't roll over.
  • Support: same-day ticket acknowledgment on every plan. Requests are added to the queue for completion. Requests from clients on a monthly retainer go to the front of the queue.
  • Cancellation: anytime, with written notice
  • Not included: redesigns, content creation, campaigns, ads, or full Webflow training

Growth Management

Monthly plans for Webflow sites, covering four services: conversion optimization, Modern SEO, content production and performance monitoring. You can start with one service. Every plan runs in monthly cycles with reporting.

  • Essential Team: $1,200 per month, 20 hours
  • Core Team: $2,000 per month, 40 hours
  • Dominance Team: $2,900 per month, 60 hours, with bi-weekly check-ins and a quarterly roadmap

Modern SEO and GEO

Delivered as part of Growth Management, on a monthly plan. It covers technical SEO, on-page SEO, brand awareness, GEO (visibility in AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity), strategy and reporting.

Most clients see measurable results in 3 to 6 months. Visibility in AI search tools is ongoing work, not a one-time fix.

Technical SEO Audit

  • Price: free
  • For: Webflow sites only
  • Delivery: a written report within 5 business days
  • Covers: site-wide issues plus your 5 most important pages, with fixes in priority order
  • Follow-up: one email. No sales sequence.

Webflow Tutoring

  • Price: $75 per hour, no minimum
  • Sessions: 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, recorded
  • Taught by: Karina Demirkilic, in person in Toronto or remotely
  • Note: some sites aren't suited to tutoring. We confirm fit on a discovery call first.

White-Label Development for Agencies

Design-to-Webflow builds and ongoing maintenance, delivered under your agency's brand.

  • Price: agency rates on request
  • Timeline: small sites take about two weeks; complex sites take around one month (development only, from approved designs)
  • Working style: NDA available, Client-First build, updates by Slack or Loom, staging links for review
  • Client contact: we don't contact your client by default. Live online sessions with the site owner are available when your agency asks for them.

Zero Drift

A service that keeps your business described the same way everywhere. We find every place your facts disagree, agree on one version with you, publish it on your site and listings, and check every month what AI search tools say about you.

  • Price: on request

Pro Bono Program

  • For: nonprofits, social enterprises and community projects
  • Included: custom design and build, CMS, technical SEO and one training session
  • Not included: third-party costs, brand identity, API integrations, ecommerce or ongoing maintenance
  • Applications: we take on one pro bono project a year. Applications for 2026 are closed. Sign up for our newsletter to hear when applications for 2027 open, then fill out the application form and we'll review your case diligently.

Referral Program

Refer a client and choose one reward:

  • $100 commission (bank transfer or PayPal)
  • $100 service credit
  • $100 Amazon gift card
  • 10% off your next Rapid Fire Web Studio invoice

The reward is earned once the referred project starts and the first payment is made.

Who We Work With

  • Company size: owner-led businesses with 10 to 150 people
  • Main industries: B2B SaaS and tech; professional services, including consulting, legal, financial and cybersecurity firms
  • Also: media and editorial platforms, film and TV production companies, agencies that need a white-label team, established small businesses and nonprofits
  • Location: mostly the US and Canada, plus Europe and Australia. We work fully remotely.
  • Usual contact: the founder, CEO or managing partner, with a head of marketing as the day-to-day lead
  • Usual situation: the company has outgrown a freelancer or template site, has no in-house web team yet, and its website is holding back leads or can't be updated without a developer

Not a Fit

  • Budgets under $2,000 for projects that include design and development of a website
  • Projects that need an enterprise CMS, such as Contentful or Adobe AEM
  • Ecommerce-first or marketplace businesses
  • Pre-revenue or idea-stage companies

How We Work

  • Process: consultation, then milestones and a payment plan, then design and development with regular updates, then testing and launch, then launch monitoring
  • Build standard: Finsweet's Client-First naming system on every Webflow build, design  audit before development, and in-house cross-browser testing
  • Build tools: Webflow CMS, GSAP and Lottie. We connect HubSpot, Mailchimp, CRMs and analytics tools, confirmed during discovery.
  • AI tools: Claude and Claude Design for research, content and design systems, Midjourney for illustrations and imagery, and the Webflow MCP server for CMS work. Our team reviews everything before it reaches you.
  • After launch: most clients start with a project and move to a monthly plan for maintenance and growth services. We also take build-only projects.

Where We Fit

We work with companies that are too big for freelancers and too pragmatic to fund an agency's overhead.

We're founder-led, and we stay after launch. Maintenance and growth are our core offer, not an add-on.

SEO runs alongside design, development, conversion and content on the same site, handled by the team that built it.

What We Don't Promise

  • Zero downtime on a migration. Most sites see 15 minutes or less.
  • Specific search rankings. Those rest with Google.
  • Instant visibility in AI search tools. It builds over time.

Clients and Reviews

Selected clients: Evolve Security (cybersecurity), ImportGenius (trade intelligence), SITEPLANTECH (site planning), Expiration Reminder (SaaS), Continental Store Fixture Group (retail fixtures), Balkans 35th Commemoration (memorial project), Mirandaland and Laura's Beauty Treats.
