Terms of Service
For the Technical Webflow Website Audit by Rapid Fire Web Studio
Latest Update: 3/30/2016
These Terms govern your request for a Free Webflow Website SEO Audit ("Audit") from Rapid Fire Web Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a request, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms.
1. Overview
The Audit is a complimentary, one-time service designed to identify and prioritize technical SEO issues and opportunities for improvement on your Webflow website. No payment is required.
2. Scope of the Audit
What's included
Site-wide analysis: We review your entire website for global issues such as technical SEO settings, indexing problems, performance concerns, and overall content patterns.
Page-specific analysis: We conduct a deeper review of up to 5 of your most important pages, typically your homepage, pricing, services, about, and contact. This covers individual content quality, SEO settings, structural elements, and design-related issues.
Deliverables
A prioritized list of recommended fixes, highlighting quick wins and critical issues, along with overall website recommendations where applicable.
3. Access Requirements
This Audit does not require access to your Webflow project or Google Search Console. We conduct our review using publicly available information and standard SEO analysis tools.
In some cases, we may request a read-only Webflow project link or an email from the contact address listed on your website to verify that you are the owner or an authorized representative of the site being audited. This is solely to protect against misuse of the service.
4. Availability
We complete a limited number of free audits each month to ensure every report receives the attention it deserves. Submitting a request does not guarantee completion. If we are at capacity or unable to fulfill your request for any reason, we will notify you promptly. We reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
5. Delivery Timeline
Once your request is received, we aim to deliver your Audit within 5 business days. This timeline is an estimate and may vary based on current capacity.
6. No Impact on Live Site
The Audit is purely analytical. We will not make any changes to your live website or systems. All recommendations are provided for your consideration, and it is entirely up to you whether to implement them. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes as a result of implementing our suggestions.
7. No Ongoing Support or Calls Included
The Audit does not include any video calls, meetings, or post-delivery consultation.
After delivering your report, we will send one follow-up email with a quote to help implement the fixes we found. That is the extent of our follow-up. There is no obligation, no recurring commitment, and no further outreach.
8. Optional Implementation Services
You may request that we implement the recommended fixes. You are under no obligation to do so and may handle fixes in-house or with any third party of your choice.
By submitting your request, you agree to be added to our mailing list to receive occasional updates, newsletters, or service-related announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.
9. Ownership Verification
This Audit is intended for your own website only. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are the owner or an authorized representative of the website being audited. If we have reason to doubt ownership, we may request a read-only Webflow project link or an email from the contact address listed on the website before proceeding.
10. Use of Deliverables
You may use the audit report and recommendations for internal purposes, including sharing them with your team or third-party contractors working on your behalf. The deliverables, including any findings, recommendations, or results from the Audit, may not be resold, republished, distributed as part of any commercial offering, or referenced in any public-facing content including blog posts, articles, social media posts, or promotional materials, without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
While we aim to provide accurate, actionable insights, we do not guarantee specific improvements in rankings, conversions, or other business metrics. Since this is a complimentary service, our liability is expressly limited to zero. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Audit shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.
12. Right to Refuse or Discontinue
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue an audit request at any time, at our sole discretion, without obligation to disclose a reason.
The two changes made: item 5 now simply reads "once your request is received" with no mention of access. Item 10 now explicitly covers blog posts, articles, social media, and promotional materials alongside the existing commercial restrictions. Want anything else adjusted?
