1. Overview

We believe in growing with great people—and chances are, you know a few of them. Our Client Referral Program rewards you for helping us connect with new businesses that need high-quality website development, design services or support and maintenance. Whether you’re a past client, collaborator, or someone who simply appreciates our work, this program is our way of saying thank you for spreading the word.

When you spend time helping us grow through referrals, we get to spend less time and resources on marketing—and more on delivering outstanding service and expanding what we can offer. It’s a win-win built on trust and shared success.

2. Referral Process & Eligible Services

To participate:

1. Refer a business or individual to us.
2. The referred party signs a contract with a minimum value of $2000USD for one of the following:
   
   • Website Design
   • Webflow Web Development
   • Complete Website Design and Development in Webflow
   • Or signs up for a monthly retainer for ongoing maintenance.

3. Once the project begins and the first payment is received, you become eligible for your reward.

You can refer someone through:

• Direct email introductions
• Our official online referral form

3. Rewards and Bonuses

For every successful referral, you can choose one of the following rewards:

• $100USD Commission fee (via bank transfer or PayPal)
• $100USD Service Credit toward any of our service
• $100USD Gift Card (Amazon)
• 10% Discount applied to your next invoice from Rapid Fire Web Studio

4. Qualified Referrals

To be eligible for a reward, a referred individual or business must:

• Require a new website or redesign and/or need Webflow development and/or ongoing maintenance
• Have a minimum project budget of $2000USD
• Not be an existing client or an active lead in our system

5. Limitations

To maintain fairness and program integrity:

• Referrals must be new leads (not current prospects or inquiries).
• A minimum project value of $2000USD applies.
• Rewards are only issued after the referred client signs the contract and pays the first invoice.
• Only one reward per successful referral. Rewards cannot be combined or stacked for the same project.

6. Terms and Eligibility

• Referral must be submitted prior to contract signing.
• You must be the first person to refer the client.
• Rewards will be processed within 30 days of receiving the client’s first payment.
• Self-referrals are only allowed when starting a distinct new business or brand. Eligibility will be reviewed.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the program at any time for any reason.

7. Bonus Referral Payments

For referrers who reach bonus milestones:

• Upon your 3rd referral within a 12-month rolling period, we’ll contact you to select a bonus reward (cash, service credit, custom gift, or donation)
• Bonus payments are processed within 21 business days.
• For high-volume referrers, larger commissions or partnership opportunities may be discussed.

8. Prohibited Activities

To ensure ethical participation and program integrity, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Spam or unsolicited mass messaging (email, LinkedIn, forums, etc.)
• Paid ads or promotions using our brand name or logo without permission
• Referral circles, manipulation, or artificial lead generation
• Dishonesty, misrepresentation, or abuse of the referral process

Violating these rules will result in immediate disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
