1. Overview

These Terms govern your purchase of a Technical Webflow Website Audit (“Audit”) from Rapid Fire Web Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing the Audit, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of the Audit

The Audit is a one-time service priced at $49 USD, designed to identify and prioritize technical issues and opportunities for improvement on your Webflow website.

What’s included

• Site-wide analysis:
  We review your entire website for global issues such as technical SEO settings, indexing problems, performance concerns, and overall content patterns. 
• Page-specific analysis:
  We conduct a deeper review of up to 5 of your most important pages, typically your homepage, pricing, services, about, and contact. This covers individual content quality, SEO settings, structural elements, and design-related issues.

Deliverables:

• A detailed report in Excel, Google Sheet and PDF formats, logically organized into sections (Basics, Technical Issues, On-Page, Off-Page).
• Issues categorized by priority (low to high) so you know where to focus first.
• A clear, prioritized list of recommended fixes, highlighting quick wins and critical problems.

3. Access Requirements

To complete the Audit, we require:

• A read-only link to your Webflow project, and
• Access to your Google Search Console (GSC) property.

If you need assistance providing these, we will supply step-by-step instructions. If you’re unable or prefer not to provide access to your Google Search Console, we can still perform the audit — but please note it will be missing a few insights that rely on that data.

4. Delivery Timeline

Once payment is completed and required access is granted, we will deliver your Audit within 5 business days.

5. No Impact on Live Site

The SEO Audit is purely analytical in nature. We will not make any changes to your live website or systems. All recommendations are provided for your consideration, and it is entirely up to you whether to implement them. Please note that while we aim to offer actionable and effective guidance, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes as a result of implementing our suggestions.

6. No Ongoing Support or Calls Included

The $49 Audit does not include any video calls, meetings, or post-delivery consultation.

We may, however, send one follow-up email with an offer to help implement fixes. This is optional and there is no obligation or recurring commitment.

7. Optional Implementation Services

If you wish, you may request a quote for us to implement the recommended fixes.

You are under no obligation to use our implementation services and may handle fixes in-house or with any third party of your choice.

By completing your purchase, you agree to be added to our mailing list to receive occasional updates, newsletters, or service-related announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.

8. Refund Policy

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund only if we have not yet started the Audit.

Once we begin reviewing your site or gathering data, the service becomes non-refundable, as it involves dedicated time and expertise.

9. Tax

Customers in Canada: Applicable HST will be added at checkout.

Customers outside Canada: No tax will be charged.

10. Use of Deliverables

You may use the audit report and recommendations for your internal purposes, including sharing them with your team or third-party contractors working on your behalf. However, the deliverables are intended for your business use only and may not be resold, republished, or distributed as part of any commercial offering without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

While we aim to provide accurate, actionable insights, we do not guarantee specific improvements in rankings, conversions, or other business metrics. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Audit. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to bring any legal action against Rapid Fire Web Studio in any court. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to decline an audit request at our sole discretion and without obligation to disclose the reason. If your order is refused after payment, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund.
